What we collect: name, work email, company, country, service interest, optional budget band, project brief, and preferred contact method.

Purpose & legal basis: we process this information to respond to your inquiry and assess commercial fit (legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract). We do not sell personal data.

Retention: inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to follow up and maintain basic business records, then deleted or anonymised.
